Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item is prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with a link and a tracking ID to track your order.

Once you have received your tracking ID number, you can either click the email link to check your order status or you can visit DHL directly.

Regularly track your order to ensure proper delivery.

Our logistics partner, DHL, will contact you prior to delivery to inform you of the time slot when the order will arrive at your indicated shipping address to make sure you will be there to receive it. If the proposed time slot is not convenient for you, you must contact DHL and reschedule an alternative delivery time.
