We process your order within one business day and ship it directly to your doorstep in two to three business days.
We do not charge handling or delivery fees. All our orders are processed and securely delivered by our logistics partner, DHL.
Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item is prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with a link and a tracking ID to track your order. Regularly track your order to ensure proper delivery.
Our logistics partner, DHL, will contact you prior to delivery to inform you of the time slot when the order will arrive at your indicated shipping address to make sure you will be there to receive it. If the proposed time slot is not convenient for you, you must contact DHL and reschedule an alternative delivery time.
If you are not available to sign for your shipment, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Please note that once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
