ELE-GO® Electric Scooters come with a one year limited warranty.

We accept refund, return or order cancellation requests up until seven days from the date of purchase, or seven days upon receipt of the goods (whichever is the longest).

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the complete and full original packaging as received. In case of removal of the plastic cover on the scooter pole and deck (foot rest), the product will no longer be eligible for refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In case you experience any defect or malfunction with your ELE-GO® Electric Scooter, please contact us at customerservice@ele-go.com with a description of the problem. Our Technical Support Team will liaise with you to fully repair or replace the damaged parts as per the terms of the Limited Warranty detailed in the user manual, a document you will receive with your order.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your returned ELE-GO® product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon review, we will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

You are responsible for the payment of return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you can contact us at customerservice@ele-go.com and we will liaise with you to organize the pick-up.
